01Brand ownership and scope
Sirius Dynamics is a brand owned by Tripearltech. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and its enquiry facilities. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Tripearltech in connection with the Sirius Dynamics brand.
The website introduces on-demand Microsoft business solution resources and provides information to help visitors prepare a requirement. Commercial services are governed by a separate written agreement with the contracting entity identified in that agreement.
02Using this website
Use the website for lawful business research and genuine enquiries. Information submitted should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you must be authorised to share it and to communicate on behalf of any organisation you represent.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, enquiry records or restricted areas.
- Do not submit malicious code, spam, deceptive enquiries or information that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not disrupt the website, bypass security measures or misuse its forms.
- Do not submit passwords, production access credentials or confidential third-party data through the enquiry form.
03Enquiries and resource availability
Role descriptions, skills, delivery models and solution references explain the types of requirements we can discuss. They do not confirm that a particular person, credential, start date, working schedule or rate is currently available.
Submitting requirements or requesting profiles does not reserve a resource or create an engagement. A discovery-call submission records your preferred time; an appointment is confirmed only when separately agreed. Any enquiry acknowledgement or reference confirms receipt, not acceptance of a project.
04Engagement models and agreements
Hourly Model, Project Based and Dedicated Resource descriptions are introductory guidance. The final arrangement must be confirmed in writing before work begins. Dedicated capacity does not by itself define a guaranteed project outcome or create an employment relationship with the visitor.
The applicable agreement should identify the assigned expertise, scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, availability, working hours, fees, payment terms, dependencies, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property ownership, change control and termination arrangements. Where website summaries differ from a signed engagement agreement, that agreement governs the services it covers.
05Qualifications and product references
Certification badges identify qualifications relevant to a solution or role. They are not a statement that every resource holds every displayed qualification. The named individual’s credential, status, experience and suitability should be verified during selection.
Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and other Microsoft product names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective rights holders. Their use here identifies the products and expertise discussed. It does not by itself establish endorsement or a particular Microsoft partner designation for Sirius Dynamics.
06Website content and intellectual property
Website text, layouts and original brand materials are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holders. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business purposes. Reproduction, resale or presentation of the site’s original materials as your own requires appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Insights and examples provide general information for resource planning. Illustrative scenarios are not client case studies unless specifically identified as such. Product functionality, licensing and certification details can change; confirm the details relevant to your environment before making a purchasing or implementation decision.
07Information and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy explains how website enquiry information is handled. A website enquiry is not a substitute for a non-disclosure agreement or project-specific data processing arrangement. Agree appropriate confidentiality and access terms before exchanging sensitive business information or providing system access.
08External links and website availability
External documentation and resources are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and terms are controlled by their operators. A link does not mean that we control that service or accept its commitments on your behalf.
Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Content may be corrected or updated as services and products change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will remain available indefinitely.
09Responsibilities and applicable rights
Assess website information against your business requirements and obtain the specialist advice needed for your decisions. The website is not a substitute for an agreed project assessment, technical design, quotation or contract.
Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability, dispute resolution and governing-law provisions for a paid engagement should be set out in its separate written agreement. These website terms do not replace those negotiated provisions.
10Changes and questions
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website or services. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. Updated website terms do not automatically amend an existing signed engagement agreement.
For questions about these terms, the Sirius Dynamics brand or an existing enquiry, use the Contact page. Include your enquiry reference where available so the question can be connected with the relevant correspondence.
